Furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference is the investor presentation that Leo Holdings Corp. (“Leo”) has prepared for use in connection with various meetings and conferences related to the proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”) pursuant to which, among other things, Leo will acquire Queso Holdings Inc. (“Queso”) and the “Chuck E.
